When the coffee arrives to CityGirl by UPS, it has been roasted within the last 48 hours. I’ve been to the plant and I’ve seen the whole (very small) operation. It’s amazing how fresh the stuff is! We order very few beans at a time, and we brew very small batches at a time to guarantee that the cup of coffee or shot of espresso you drink is very, very fresh.
